Feature Requests: Easy Templates

Ability to use Jira smart variables to define values of certain fields

Ability to create templates with multiple issues on the same level, so the template is not particularly linked to a single issue type (e.g. Epic)

Keep items from different projects in a single template

Provide an ability to grant "Manage Templates" permission for certain groups of Jira users.
